“ON” normal operation: automatic measurement at pre-programmed intervals.
“Off” Standby mode, no measurement, data is maintained.
Start / Stop button: press to start manual blood pressure measurement if not included in the procedure. If pressed during the blood pressure measurement, the blood pressure measurement will be stopped.
Audio: Audio sound indicates the start and end of a process when Tone is selected
Measuring range:
Heart rate : 40 ~ 180 bpm
Pressure : 60 ~ 260 mmHg for Systolic
30 ~ 200 mmHg for Diastolic
40 ~ 230 mmHg for arterial changes
Pressure measurement method: Oscilloscope.
Automatic measurement intervals: Adjustable from 6 minutes ~ 120 minutes; independently programmed up to 12 different time periods including one during the period of no reading.
Measurement time: normally 35~50 seconds
Number of measurements: approximately 240 times using a standard adult cuff; results store 240 results in memory.
Cuff pressure: start pumping up to 165mmHg; Cuff then inflates to 300 mmHg above presystolic.
Cuff max pressure: up to 270mmHg; can install in time at first.
Note: Cuff pressure may be limited below the maximum Cuff value.
Autozeroing: Pressure automatically jumps to Zero before each reading.
Eliminate artificial influences: distinguish between pressure signals, patient movement and breathing rate.
Cuff - inflate / deflate: the rate of inflation and deflation is controlled by the microprocessor.
Data storage system: Stable.
Digital display: 4 digits, 7 segments, liquid crystal display; display information about changes of Tam Thu, Heart Truong & heart rate; Time display & flashing colon are provided to indicate step-up.
Patient safety: safety device limits inflation interval to less than 180s, and maximum pressure up to 300mmHg, vent can be removed by patient.
Power requirements: power requirements - use 3 AA Alkaline Batteries or rechargeable batteries
